EdgeMarc Network Services Gateways and EdgeView VoIP Support System products Reduce Operating Expenses and Increase Quality And Redundancy To Color Broadband’s Enterprise Customers

Santa Clara, CA and Long Beach, CA December 8, 2008 Color Broadband, the largest private fixed wireless provider in the greater Los Angeles area, announced today that they have deployed Edgewater Networks’ solution as part of their Land and Air™ wired and wireless Internet access solution.

The Edgewater solution consists of the EdgeMarc Network Services Gateways and EdgeView VoIP Support System products. The EdgeMarcs are being used by Color Broadband at their customer premises as a demarcation point for their business continuity solution. The EdgeView VoIP Support system is being used for configuration, troubleshooting and VoIP performance reporting.

That combined with the EdgeView VoIP Support tool monitoring the network allows Color Broadband to offer robust business service level agreements (SLA’s) to their customers and more importantly meeting their service level agreements.
